My name is Brenton Wilson and I'm an accredited Athletics Australia Level 4 High Performance Coach, with over 35+ years of involvement in athletics as an athlete and coach.
This gives me a unique perspective on the requirements of young and elite junior athletes wanting to improve their speed and performance.
I have coached many sprinters from juniors into elite junior athletes and progressing them into senior athletics. A strong technical model is important for any athlete to be successful in athletics no more importantly than as a sprinter.
It's important for the developing sprinter to have an experienced voice who knows how to guide the athlete and give them the right advice to help them achieve their athletic potential.
For those athletes who are new to the sport or those who find they aren't making the progression in performance, or believe they're not realizing their potential, please feel free to contact me and discuss.
